We were a family of 8 with ages ranging from 10 years to 70. The hotel offered something for everyone. The food choices were excellent , good cocktails , beer and wine. The bedroom cleaning staff were excellent. The entertainers were lovely and fun. The towel/sport hut shut too early at 5.30 and wasn’t always open

A very good family stay—restful and warm. Thanks to Bouchra, the client relations manager, for her attentive listening. The variety of dishes could be better.

The gardens are beautiful and the buffet is good, yet the place is starting to show its age. The beds are hard, the bathrooms are in poor condition, some borrowed rackets lacked grips, and the tarmac in front of the hotel needs replacement.

The staff were very pleasant, the food good, the spaces nice, plenty to do, lovely pools, and a wonderful garden. Evening showers were nice, but the dining room felt a bit cramped, though eating outside helped. Some sports gear, like tennis rackets, was worn, but that was acceptable.

The property is beautiful, well‑maintained, and clean, but the beds are very hard.
