The service was quick and the location great, and I appreciated getting a room on a higher floor, but there was no complimentary breakfast.
“Hotel Heaven After a Long Flight!”
The location was ideal, just a short walk from the airport, and the room was spotless and comfortable, which was perfect after a long, delayed flight.
“Great location and comfortable bed”
The spot is convenient for LAX and the shuttle buses are easy to catch, and I had no specific complaints.
“Comida formidable, atención front desk por mejorar”
The restaurant food was excellent, but the staff member was very incompetent, charging us twice for the guarantee and causing two extra charges on my friend’s account.
“I wish they have boutique where we can buy souvenirs”
The restaurant added excessive service fees and taxes to the bill.
