A&EM Ben Thanh Hotel

The hotel's location is top-notch - it's super central and easy to get around from. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. However, the room was a lot smaller than advertised, and the furniture was definitely showing its age. The hallway was ridiculously narrow, and the food selection was pretty limited. For a four-star hotel, I expected a lot more. The price was also a bit steep for what you get. I'd only recommend this hotel if they lower their prices.

“HCM Hotel”

I'm not really sure what to say about this hotel, because everything was just.fine. The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the hotel itself was nice. But at the same time, it was all just a bit underwhelming. Maybe I'm just being picky, but I was expecting a bit more from a hotel that's supposed to be nice.

This place has it all - great beds, an amazing location, and staff that are always happy to help. I couldn't find a single thing to complain about during my stay.

The location is perfect, right opposite the market, but that's where the good stuff ends. The room was tiny and didn't match the pictures at all. We found bugs on the table, bedspread, and floor, and the hot tub was a disaster with hair all over the place and loose on the floor, making it a safety hazard. To top it off, there was no kids' bed available. What a terrible experience I wouldn't want to repeat.

The staff at the front desk were absolutely fantastic, and I think that's what made me want to come back - unfortunately, I forgot her name. The problem is that the room was way too small considering the price.
