“Ottimo hotel”

The pool and the spacious room were great, and the breakfast was abundant, but the spa was almost always closed and every time we tried to use it it was dark and empty.

“A Hidden Gem in Split”

The staff were efficient and very helpful, making sure we knew where all the amenities were and that we were comfortable; lunch and dinner at the property were not only of excellent quality but also had friendly service and good value; the room was clean and spacious, with everything we needed for a restful stay; we truly appreciated the staff’s care and will definitely return on our next trip to Split—thanks again!

I couldn’t stay at the property because of health issues, so I informed the hotel and requested a refund; after a few days they replied that they could accommodate me and that I could use the reservation until 1.9; I responded that it was a serious medical problem and an upcoming surgery with uncertain outcome, again asking for a refund; yet almost two months later no one has replied; if the hotel’s policy is no refunds, I respect that, but it is only fair and humane to answer the message—this is pure unprofessionalism.

“Piacevole”

The breakfast, the pools, and the staff’s friendliness were positives, but the location is a bit inconvenient to reach and the parking isn’t always easy.

Everything I needed was there and the view is gorgeous, but the breakfast could have been more varied.
