Overall it was an okay stay. Service could improve; I had to follow up several times to get a hand towel that had been forgotten in the room. The rooms aren’t insulated enough, so hallway noise seeps in.

It was below average compared to my last visit. Tons of improvement are needed or the décor should stay the same as it was two years ago.

It’s very accessible to the city and located well. The staff are very helpful and provide excellent service. Overall it was good value for money.

I had a fantastic stay, the food was good, and I especially appreciated Mr Nilesh from the restaurant; the value for money was great, and I’ll be back. Mr Ranjeet and Ms Somya at the front office gave a warm welcome and were very kind.
