This place was a complete disaster. I had to lug my luggage down the stairs by myself because they only had one cart for the entire hotel. The rooms were like fishbowls, with flimsy curtains that let in a view from the neighboring building. The air conditioning was basically useless, and the bathroom was a mess with worn-out sanitary ware. It was honestly the worst hotel experience of my life.

The hotel had its fair share of problems, but the staff were a highlight - they were super friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The bed was a letdown, feeling lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn't much better, with a dirty and stained bath that didn't exactly scream cleanliness. And if you needed extra beds, be prepared for some stiff competition from the metal bars that poked into your back.

I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable our room was, but things started to go downhill from there. We were told the gym only opens at 10, which seemed a bit weird, and when we went down there after 10, it was completely dark and deserted. The real problem, though, was the noise. We were on the second floor, and it turned out that the first floor is some kind of event space that was blasting music until midnight.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, but unfortunately, it's a bit of a shame that the noise from the street can be a problem. The area is lively and there's always something going on, but it can be a bit overwhelming at times.

This hotel is perfectly situated between İstanbul and the Black Sea, and the staff in the restaurant are super friendly. The room was spacious and spotless, which was a big plus. However, the hotel's proximity to the road isn't exactly the most attractive feature, and the bed was a bit too soft for our liking. The reception staff seemed a bit disinterested, which was a bit of a letdown. [
