From the moment we stepped into the hotel the staff’s friendliness was obvious, and the building felt very cozy overall. It offers plenty of comforts that make a stay pleasant: a private bathroom, hot water, towels, a hair‑dryer, soap, sheets and blankets, included breakfast, an air‑conditioned room, Wi‑Fi, a smart TV and quite comfortable beds. Breakfast runs from 08:00 to 10:00 am and is very generous; during our autumn visit with my partner, the dining room, lounge and corridors all had the salamanders lit because it was chilly in Puerto Varas. The hotel’s location is excellent – it’s a short walk to the waterfront and to a variety of eateries—Japanese, Peruvian, Italian, BBQ, bakeries, cafés, shops, all within five minutes on foot—as well as nearby supermarkets. Walking to downtown Puerto Varas takes no more than half an hour, or about five to fifteen minutes by car, and they provide very thorough tourist guides. There’s no check‑in time restriction, whether you arrive in the morning or evening, as long as you respect other guests. We especially appreciated the receptionist/caretaker’s kindness; she was always ready to answer our questions and meet our needs. We’ll definitely return.

Everything felt excellent: reception, the helpful guy who was ready to assist with anything, the room was already warmed up with the air‑conditioning on when we arrived, which was perfect, the room had everything I needed, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was exquisite, just enough and necessary, no noise at night, and the location was ideal with several places to buy food; we didn’t want to leave, haha. Nothing was against.
