Complaint Regarding Room and Service Quality-I would like to bring to your attention my disappointment with the services provided during my stay. Despite repeated requests, breakfast was given very late and the quality was extremely poor. The location of the room was not suitable, the room was dirty, and there were too many mosquitoes. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. Please ensure this does not happen again, and kindly avoid booking such rooms for me in the future. Thank you. Nothing about the stay was satisfactory. The facilities were extremely poor, and the service was unacceptable. The staff demanded money for basic assistance, which is completely unprofessional. Overall, this is the worst hotel and service experience I have had. Please take this matter seriously and ensure such situations do not occur again
