Everything, including breakfast, was excellent; the staff went the extra mile to make my stay perfect and comfortable. All staff were nice, especially Mr. Khaleel, who was an amazing customer‑oriented person—special thanks to him for his assistance. No negatives.

The front desk guy Khalil was very helpful and got everything sorted quickly, which felt fair for the price and the location is good and safe. The downside was a pub on the ground floor blasting loud music all night; that ruined my second night. I asked for a refund, but they only moved me to a room on the back side of the building, overlooking the parking and trash area. It didn't bother me much because I was just there to sleep.

The hotel staff, especially the two guys who handled room cleaning, were friendly and very helpful. Thanks a lot. The reception team was also nice.
