“It was OK but I won't be back”

The breakfast was decent, but the room could use a makeover; the paint and furniture looked very worn out.

The toilet was broken, the wooden floor was buckled and a trip hazard, and the towels were stained and not clean; we will never return to this facility.

“Over priced for what you get”

The only thing I liked was the bed; it was comfortable, though a little short. First, the room reaked like an ashtray, the TV was snowy, and even the maintenance man couldn’t fix it. I kept hearing people slam the side door downstairs. Next, the breakfast was subpar—the bacon was greasy and there was no juice at all. Finally, they had no elevators, so I had to walk up and down a flight of stairs with two bad knees because there were no first‑floor rooms available.

Everything was fine overall, except I wish they’d add a second chair in the double room; there was no Danish or a wider selection of Danish pastries or doughnuts.
