The location is great, the staff are amazing, the room is excellent, and the spa is lovely, but the kitchen door keeps opening when you walk past it on the way to the pool, which I didn’t like.

Located right in the old town of Alcudia, it’s a perfect spot for day trips or a beach holiday, and our terrace room is also extraordinary.

We spent 5 fabulous days at this hotel where everything was top‑level; the room was very nice, breakfast excellent, the location perfect, and the staff polite and friendly, especially Mr. Damia who was so helpful and made us feel at home. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to all our friends.

The hotel is in the city centre yet quiet; we felt right at home with a great welcome from the staff, had a perfect stay, and will return gladly. The hotel is clean, well‑maintained, tastefully decorated, the room very pleasant, and the breakfast healthy with fresh products.
