The owner, Jassu, was very kind and patiently dealt with our limited English, providing comfortable accommodation and helpful travel advice without being intrusive, which made for a pleasant trip; the room was very clean and the view from the 3F balcony was perfect, and despite being close to the city center it was quiet—an ideal spot. We stayed only briefly this time but will likely visit again; thanks again, Jassu, and thanks for the bananas. I strongly recommend this hotel. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, but that’s common among nearby hotels, and Jassu can help with luggage.

The location is excellent, central yet on a quiet street, rooms are spacious and clean, and Jassu, who runs everything, is very friendly and helpful, even assisting with other car and hotel bookings; overall a very pleasant experience.

Jassu the host was exceptional, polite and helpful; the view from the top‑floor room exceeded the photos, the location was great with nearby shopping, ATMs, restaurants, City Palace, and a short walk to Ambrai Restaurant, but the TV and fridge didn’t work.
