The décor was very pretty, but the staff were not the best; only one person worked conscientiously, the cleaning‑chef lady, who, though she didn’t speak English, always wanted to help us. The rest acted as if they were doing us a favor, especially the other lady who had to be waited on the first day and then received us in a very arrogant manner.

The facilities are modern and very comfortable, and everything is very clean. Nothing to complain about.

“Bene anche se potrebbe essere meglio”
The riad is very pretty and welcoming, and the room is nice even if a bit small. There are many services available, including a shuttle from the airport to the riad and back, as well as trip‑organising services. The staff are very kind and helpful. Two issues made me unhappy: first, the breakfast hours were said to be from 8:30 to 11:00, but when I woke up after a scheduled excursion and had only minutes to spare, I couldn’t find anyone in the riad and had to send a message; by the time I could eat, an hour and a half had already passed, which is just how slow things run there. Second, one day we had to stay at the riad because of my girlfriend’s health, and they offer a menu for eating on site, but when I ordered something I received a completely different dish and had to pay for it. Aside from those two things, the staff are very accommodating.
