Finding the main road sign at night was tricky, and the parking entrance could use better protection or signage to highlight the ditch right next to it. Aside from that, the property is gorgeous: each unit feels independent, making the stay comfortable. Good to keep in mind for future visits to local friends.

The hosts were very friendly, everything was spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped. A large wardrobe in the bedroom was very handy. The place was very quiet, the garden beautiful and well maintained, and the washing machine was a real convenience. We even received a fan. On the downside, there were many mosquitoes, the mesh on the kitchen window was leaky, and we couldn’t open the window.

The location is convenient for reaching the sea. The apartment was clean and well equipped for a fantastic holiday. The veranda was useful for outdoor time, there was a barbecue and bikes available, and I tried the pedal‑assisted bike, enjoying a great ride and discovering other beaches. Mirella was kind and helpful with information and welcome. We had a good stay and I think I’ll return.

Many places you just check in and leave, but here our family truly felt like spending time with close friends. Michael and his mother greeted us warmly and treated us like old friends from the start. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and we were very satisfied. Overall, this lesser‑known part of Tuscany is definitely worth a visit.
