“Alles in allem gut”

We give our stay 4 out of 5 stars, largely thanks to the outstanding service from Sagi, who was always reachable, extremely helpful, and responded super fast—without that top‑class support, the place we booked would have been more of a 3‑star experience. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean, and had a well‑working air‑conditioning unit, and the extra baby‑bed worked perfectly. A key issue for other guests is the booking and pool situation: we found the accommodation while searching for places with a pool, and the options were listed as “with or without private pool.” We assumed that the “without private pool” meant a shared pool for all guests, so we didn’t need a private one. On site, it turned out that only private pools exist. A friendly and solution‑oriented gesture offered us a discounted upgrade, but even with the discount, the stay would have still been twice as expensive. Additionally, there were some compromises in living quality: the loud pump noise from the neighbors’ whirlpool made normal conversations in the outdoor area almost impossible, though fortunately this only happened on the last day. The property also shows signs of age—clean but noticeably worn in parts. The plastic table and chairs inside feel unstable and low‑quality, and the terrace of the apartment we booked was rather small and without a nice view. Overall, we still had a nice holiday.

“Merdique à cause de Booking et de Costa paradise”

I was totally shocked by how much the place differed from the photos; the rooms were dirty, old, and poorly maintained, with a greasy pool and a total lack of air‑conditioning in the whole building. The location felt very remote, and the only people who had left good reviews were either friends or had some arrangement with the staff. It turned out to be impossible to live there, and they even forgot to mention that wild boars roam the area and can wander into the rooms without any protection. I strongly advise never to book this place. Thanks, Booking, you con.

“Überteuert und abgewohnt”

The location and the beautiful outdoor setting, tucked into the rock landscape, were nice, but the property itself was very old and heavily worn. The walls in the entrance area were fragile, plaster was flaking off in large patches, and some outlet covers were missing. The kitchen cupboard was poorly repaired, a handle was broken, a drawer in the bathroom cabinet fell out of its rails, and the shower divider’s support was loose and didn’t hold the glass. The children’s bunk bed had all loose screws and wobbled. Kitchen equipment was minimal, and the cutlery was just cheap camping gear. Deck chairs outside had splintered wood and cracks, with screw heads sticking out of the seats. The pool had many cracks and chips, even causing the whirlpool system to bubble from those cracks. Pool cleaning was mediocre; after a day with a lot of leaves, we had to clean the skimmer ourselves and found a patch that clearly didn’t belong to our stay. The apartment was far from the standard one would expect for €500 per night. Despite repeated complaints, little was done, and we were only offered a more expensive accommodation. Communication also became increasingly slow. We cannot recommend this booking.

“Rapporto qualità prezzo nn giustificato”

The structure could be nice, but the furniture had hanging drawers and no table inside for support—just minimalism. The pool was very beautiful.
