The reception was very good, the room was pleasant but small, and the bathroom was nice; no further comments.

We felt very welcome. Hostess Melita had a lot of information for you. The location is great, only 2 minutes from the tram that takes you to the centre duomo in 10 to 15 minutes. Nothing else stood out. Maybe parking— it’s free and we were lucky that there was space.

The apartments are in a residential block but really good; the owners have a separate entrance; everything is done with great love. Melita, the host, is a very pleasant woman who will explain and advise everything. The only inconvenience is that to get into the bathroom you have to leave the room and enter the bathroom, but that's fine; opposite there is another room with a separate bathroom that is also rented. Everything else is just super. From the center, the 24 tram takes 7 minutes and you’re near the Duomo. Everything matches price and quality, we recommend it.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the host lady was very enthusiastic and explained everything; her English is excellent. The location is a bit far from the city centre but a bus can take you straight to the downtown area, and the facilities are very complete. My experience was very good; if I come to Milan again I will stay here again.
