The staff were very friendly and understanding, the room was air‑conditioned, overall clean, with no outside noise, a comfortable bed and curtains; nothing fancy but it had everything needed and felt good. The shower in the room didn’t work properly.

The most important thing was the reception: the young woman was adorable and always took care of us, we chatted and laughed with her. The room offered basic comfort, which was fine for us. The mattresses on the bunk beds were really hard.

The place is well‑located, the beds are comfortable and the air‑con works well. The shower setup was a bit messy and the top‑bunk beds lack curtains.

The host was very nice and the spot was good; it was good value for money. We stayed in a large dorm with monkeys just outside; it was quiet and primitive, not much in the room, but we liked it.

Don't leave anything in the room because the lady that cleans will take it with her and say that has throw it away. I reserved the tour with them, so they knew i was going to return the next day. The same girl that made the check in and sold me the tour clean the room. When i returned from the tour she said she just thrown away my bag. It was full of goodies. Now i literally call one minute after leaving for the tour to advise them about the bag, but they still took it. It's not about the money, is the gesture. I wouldn't trust these people
