“Most disappointing stay”

Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we reached the address listed, we were told that we had gone to the wrong location and that the correct address had supposedly been sent to us via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, my phone had run out of battery, and since I was unfamiliar with Mansoura, I trusted what we were told and went to the other location. However, when we called the following day to clarify what had happened, we were informed that there had actually been a mix‑up and that they would investigate the matter. The room itself was in an unacceptable condition. There were used tissues left behind the doors, the room was dusty, and there was broken glass and damaged drawers. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, and the overall level of cleanliness was extremely poor. The bedding was especially concerning. I didn’t even feel comfortable putting my head on the pillow because of the condition of the room. When I checked the drawers hoping to find clean bed sheets to replace them myself, I found what appeared to be used sheets instead of fresh ones. Overall, the hygiene, maintenance, and handling of our arrival were far below what we expected. Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on our stay.
