The location, comfort, breakfast, and cleanliness were all great. I don’t have any major complaints, but the reception staff could have been more welcoming in a professional manner. Additionally, there were multiple power outages in the room, which was annoying and likely due to the electricity board’s supply issues.

Every time I visit Trivandrum, I choose this hotel because its location is super convenient with plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. They were very helpful with an early check‑in. The bathroom was somewhat average, but everything else was good.
