The staff were amazing help when I lost my mobile phone. The rooms are a little outdated and would be helpful to have access to a phone especially if no mobile phone

The location and the water pressure in the shower. The attitude of the staff in the restaurant, Was not happy to be asked if I had a reservation for dinner whilst the place was vertualy empty. And then sat directly under air conditioning that was set to arctic and would not turn the fan to low

The room was comfortable. The restaurant connected to the hotel was fabulous with excellent service. The location was great, very central. We were happy with our room. Nothing
