The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was very good with a great variety every day, so you never get bored of eating the same.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel in Marmaris and would like to especially mention the wonderful team who made the experience enjoyable. The Front Office Manager, Kemal Bey, was very helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The Chef at the restaurant was also very kind and attentive, and I truly appreciated the hospitality of the entire team. A special mention to Mehmet at the bar, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The food was very nice, the staff were polite, and the waiters at the rooftop restaurant were absolutely wonderful — super friendly, attentive, and professional. However, As a hotelier myself, I also feel it is important to mention a few areas that could be improved. One particular situation surprised me for a 5-star hotel. When I requested an iron, I was informed by one of the reception staff that it was “a rule of the hotel” and that unfortunately they could not provide one. I called again to explain that I genuinely needed to iron my clothes and asked if there was any possible alternative or assistance, but I was told that unfortunately nothing could be done. I found this rather unusual, especially for a 5-star property, where guest requests and finding suitable solutions are normally an important part of the service experience
