I loved how easy it was to check in and out, and the location was great. The only downside was that I couldn’t sleep because the guests above us were noisy—walking, showering, and taps were audible, but that’s typical of old buildings.

Very clean and tidy room, with a great view of the town (room 10) The bed was very large and comfortable too. We met Georgina who checked us in and out and she was lovely and friendly. Both Bagshaw Hall and Lodge are in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the amenities. You do have to walk up a slope though which was fine for us but not necessarily easy for people with mobility issues. Nothing
