I enjoyed the stay very much, but most motels have the same issue with handicapped rooms: the commodes are low and lack taller handles on the walls to help with getting up. Otherwise the room was super nice and clean.

“I paid $200 for one night and the staff said god damn”

The staff were nice, but the place was dirty and disorganized, especially the bathroom with a filthy shower, the smoke detector kept beeping all night, and the beds were dirty with bugs in my room.

I’m not sure how to rate this visit; the breakfast was delayed by 2 hrs, there wasn’t enough food, coffee cups were missing, and I couldn’t find anyone to help—when I finally did, they just walked around smiling. Check‑in was a nightmare; the front desk staff seemed confused. I’ve had this experience before. The bed had a missing pillow; they never changed the bed, just offered makeup. The towels were dirty and left behind, and the clothes were unwashed.
