The atmosphere is very pleasant, but the key point is the quality of the service—very polite, proactive, and attentive to details. The bathroom’s shower box doesn’t close fully and there’s no ventilation.

The lodge is great, very cozy, the pool is fine, and the breakfast is good, but the reception falls short. When I arrived, I had to wait over 25 minutes for the front desk lady, so I went to the kitchen and asked a staff member to call her for us. I called for her location but wasn’t answered, so I had to find the address on the map. That’s all that happened to me; otherwise everything was fine.

The staff were courteous and helpful, but the room was extremely small, the bathroom lacked ventilation, and the water was quite brackish.

The staff are always very helpful and cordial. The lodge is cozy despite being simple. The breakfast and bistro dishes are excellent, and the meals offer great value. It was an excellent stay that met expectations.
