The towel was dirty and they forgot to give us a toothbrush kit.

The room service was good, but the rooms at the hotel don't look like the photos on the website or app.

The stay was adorable and we had a great time; the owner/manager Navneet ji gave us the best service and we know this is the only place to stay in Dehradun, Hotel Embassy. I don’t trust the Google reviews that say it’s a one‑star place when it’s actually a four‑star; ignore the rickshaw drivers and just book it.
