“This was the best accommodation experience of our entire trip to Georgia!”

We stayed at this guesthouse during our trip to Georgia, and it turned out to be the best lodging experience of all the places we visited. Koba, Irina, and Nana welcomed us with genuine Georgian hospitality, paying attention to every small detail that made our stay cozy and comfortable. The house was spotless, tastefully designed, stylish, and incredibly inviting. Irina’s breakfast was outstanding, featuring local, homegrown ingredients like fresh eggs and homemade cheeses; the dishes were among the most delicious we tasted on the entire trip. We feel fortunate to have met such wonderful hosts and look forward to returning next year. 🤞❤️

Very clean, comfortable, and the owners show genuine care and attention to detail. The breakfasts deserve special praise—tastily delicious and so filling that we had enough for an entire day, and we never had to eat elsewhere. A special thanks to Irena and Kobi for the heartfelt evening meal and the hospitality on the road. It was extremely pleasant. We wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse, definitely 10/10.

The family running the place is exceptionally friendly, creating a warm, rural, idyllic atmosphere. We usually stay at highly rated hotels, but this property exceeded our expectations. On the return journey from the high Caucasus mountains, we decided to change plans and stay here again. Regarding breakfast, we have never tasted better food at any of the best hotels. We felt a bit awkward because we ate only 20 percent of what the owners prepared for us. It was breakfast for six adults, extremely varied. If we hadn’t planned to visit Georgia, we would have spent the entire holiday here.

The owners are very charming, the house is perfect, and the breakfast is among the best I’ve ever had—better than many 5‑star hotels I’ve stayed at. No complaints.
