The property was in a great spot for what we wanted to do. The owners were lovely, the place was extraordinarily clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen had all the essentials for two people, and the beds were very comfortable. We’d strongly recommend it. The only hiccup was on our last night when new guests checked into the lodging above us; they were very heavy‑footed until 3:30 am. For travelers who aren’t usually respectful of second‑floor noise, a friendly reminder might help.

The location was great, the décor was lovingly done and everything you need was stocked, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was great, the south‑facing outdoor area was lovely and perfect for kids with swings, and there was a tennis court plus a big green space with beautiful sea views. Lamlash was ideal for our holiday with our 8‑month‑old baby. Nothing to fault.
