The location is fine. This is an old building with outdated furniture. They need to fix the furniture, toilet, windows, and cutlery. Things like the TV, curtains, and AC were below standard.

I was charged for breakfast even though it was included in the package. No toiletries were provided.

The staff were extremely helpful, even when I got cut on the street and they went out of their way to assist. A decent shopping mall is within walking distance where I usually ate. I used the accommodation to commute to a nearby concert without any issues. The Wi‑Fi was weak, so I had to move my desk closer to the door to work. The room had noticeable dust patches and hair on the bed.

The place was clean and quiet. The only downside was that only hot water was available; when I switched the tap for regular water, dirty water came out.
