I had a very good experience at the hotel. I really liked the service, especially the staff who were very polite, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Another point I liked a lot was the breakfast, which was excellent, with plenty of variety and everything very tasty. Those were definitely the highlights for me. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be nice to reduce the noise in the hotel, especially in the rooms, to make the stay even more peaceful. The balconies could also offer more privacy, with higher dividers or other separation solutions. It would be positive to expand leisure options, including indoor activities for cold days. The room TV could also provide access to Netflix and other streaming services. Finally, installing more outlets near the bed would make it easier to charge phones and other devices.
