The staff were good, but the kitchen could be greatly improved.

“El mejor hospedaje en granada”

The location was spot‑on, and the staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything. The bed was comfortable and I loved the little balcony in the room. However, at times the staff had to enter the room for cleaning right after I had just touched something; it would have been uncomfortable if I was in my underwear or something like that.

The spot was perfect, right in the center of Granada’s beautiful Arab old town. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room had a small balcony overlooking the rooftops of the old town and the tiny plaza directly in front of the mosque. The whole building is a gem of Andalusian architecture with a lovely shaded courtyard full of real green plants. The terrace is gorgeous for breakfast or just relaxing.

“Pasable.”

The location was fine. The kitchen area, especially the fridge, had abandoned items that had been there for what seemed like weeks or months and were moldy. Also, the bathroom hygiene was poor; after a shower the floor was soaked, and I had to clean it myself to avoid slipping. The location, price, and staff were good, but the fridge, kitchen, and bathroom cleanliness were lacking.

“Buena ubicación y relación precio - calidad”

I was basically alone in the room, so it was all mine, even though it was booked for six people. The location is great. The common areas weren’t very clean, especially the kitchen refrigerators.
