“Nauseante.”

The location was fine, but it was one of the worst nights I've ever spent in a hotel: the room was drenched in deodorant, making me nauseous all night. The TV had very few channels, the picture flickered, and the air‑conditioner didn’t work.

The spot is strategically located, yet the breakfast didn’t meet expectations—limited variety and quality could use improvement.

The staff were kind, but after staying here multiple times I noticed the breakfast now offers less variety (e.g., pastries) and is less plentiful than in previous years.

“Soggiorno fantastico in Salento, consiglio vivamente questo hotel!”

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The rooms and breakfast were great—especially the pastry! The location is superb, right in Casarano’s center, and convenient for reaching many Salento tourist spots. Everything went perfectly.

The central location was a plus, but they worried about my arrival time while ignoring parking instructions. I sent a message that went unanswered, paid €3.20 for parking inside the ZTL, and then found no one at reception, causing a few minutes of waiting. Afterwards they told me I could park for free nearby. The room was very hot when I arrived, and they asked my arrival time again. They could have turned on the air‑conditioner without issue. The bathroom vent from the adjacent room was audible, a small fridge in the room held only two bottles of water that rattled loudly every 7 minutes, forcing me to unplug it. The TV was tiny and no remote was provided. The shower was extremely dangerous; I almost fell twice. I understand I may seem demanding, but for the €112 I paid for a 4‑star hotel, I expected better. If you remove a star and lower the price, I’ll likely lower my expectations.
