Close to Tan An market, making it easy to buy food and enjoy cheap but tasty local eateries; walking about 10 minutes takes you to Ninh Kiều pier. The equipment was old, the TV couldn’t access YouTube, breakfast wasn’t very good, and by around 8 am the food was nearly finished.

The breakfast that comes with the stay was good, and the river view was nice, but the coffee left in the room never got replaced.

I found the place OK, the price was reasonable for a mid‑range stay, the room was spacious, and I’ve stayed 2–3 times now and never gave it a low rating.
