The gentleman who greeted us upon arrival was attentive, the parking was convenient, the minibar was handy, the rooms were clean, the lighting was good, the air conditioning worked well, and the views looked out onto the football pitch. The sound insulation could be improved.

The staff were very friendly, parking was free, the breakfast was hearty and varied, the pool was a bit chilly even though the outside temperature was high, and the hotel was well‑located for exploring Salamanca’s city centre, about 2 km on foot.

Everything was good apart from the bathroom again, this bathroom was worse than the one the week before, cracked wash basin, door would not close properly again grouting and silicone missing. Definitely not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. As above
