“Would never stay here again, even if you paid me to. Worst hotel.”

So dirty! So small! The only good thing about this hotel was that it was so terrible that it forced me to leave the room and see the city more. I hated returning to this hotel after a day of sightseeing. One of the worst, if not the worst, hotel I’ve stayed at. The place was so nasty. Dust everywhere, cobwebs in most corners and under most surfaces. Whoever manages the cleaning staff needs to inspect more regularly. Extremely bad cleaning. The shower is extremely small and the bathroom in general is so tiny it’s impossible to get ready in there. You have to leave the door open to sit on the toilet. The beds feel like stone because they were the hardest bed I’ve ever used. The pool was closed. And what upset me about this hotel was the value for money. If I was paying very low I could’ve understood these things but I paid so much for this hotel and it was the worst facility I ever stayed in. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. The staff was very dismissive, refused to help. I paid for a double bed and they gave me 2 twin beds. The rooms smell like cigarettes. The only good thing was the water pressure in the shower. I hated everything about this hotel. Way too small and expensive. Nasty place!

“Far from comfortable but of decent value.”

The environment is fairly clean and public transport is easy to reach, yet the facilities feel dated, there's no bathtub, and no desk for working.

The spot is a bit out of town, but the city center is reachable via the Stadthaus. The view from the room was nice, overlooking the Hagen grounds. The room itself, however, was smaller than expected and the furnishings were worn with obvious signs of wear.
