Nothing positive at all. They didn’t know we had a reservation, the room wasn’t ready, the bedding was dirty, and the shower door was broken – utterly disappointed; please remove them from your platform because this is not the standard we expect.

It was quiet and peaceful, and the staff were very welcoming, but we almost had to cancel because they couldn’t find our booking in their system and the place was fully booked.
