We booked this place and it turned out to be a nightmare. There’s no sign or any indication that the hotel actually operates from the building, so we drove in heavy traffic for almost an hour before the watchman told us it was on the 4th floor of a residential building. That felt unsafe and deceptive. At about 11 PM we reached the reception and two men demanded we pay more than the confirmed price, saying there were no rooms available at that rate and blaming OYO. That’s completely unacceptable; guests shouldn’t be forced to pay extra because of the property’s internal or platform issues, especially at night. We refused to pay the extra amount, not because of cost but because of the unprofessional and unfair demand. Overall, the place is opaque, unprofessional, unreliable and shady. I strongly advise against staying here.
