The hotel sits in a charming setting, the facilities met our expectations, and communication with the owner was excellent; she trusted us when we left, even though she was away. The price felt a bit high, yet there was no better option in the area.
Huge thanks to Gabriela! She is warm, extremely attentive, and takes fantastic care of her guests; she offered great local tips and was always reachable. The accommodation was spotless and cozy.

The hotel sits right on Via Jacobi, which made getting around a breeze. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was surprisingly good—plenty of options and fresh. All in all, a solid base for exploring the city.
A great spot to stay in a cute little town, perfectly positioned between Bern and the Interlaken area. The fridge could hold more, and the old traditional house with low ceilings and a particularly low shower isn’t ideal for tall guests.
