“Soggiorno gradevole in ambiente con personale gentile e disponibile.”
Great hotel option in Houston! Our room was a Queen Suite with a kitchenette, living‑room lounge, and a bedroom with two comfortable double beds, a spacious bathroom, and a wall‑mounted wardrobe. The room was quiet! Breakfast was served in a large dedicated area. The outdoor pool and indoor gym were available. Parking was ample. The bathtub had a fixed shower and there was no safe.
Quiet, clean, secure, nice location. No water or coffee was offered complimentary in the lobby. There was very little variety and bananas ran out during breakfast.
“Boa estrutura geral, mas os serviços de quarto e de café da manhã precisam de melhorias”
We liked the hotel overall, especially the pool and gym facilities. The housekeeping service was lacking: our room was not cleaned during the stay, and towel changes and toilet paper refills only happened after we asked. Also, breakfast could have offered a wider variety of options and better organization.
“Loved this property, the king suite with bedroom was very homey and apartment like. Will definitely be staying again.”
The pool area was very clean, and I enjoyed having access to a basketball court. The hallways were a bit hot/humid.
Location was good. The rooms were very clean and big.
