“Lovely property with great pool”

It was a truly lovely property. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds, big bathrooms with hot water, and a lovely bench by the window. We used the pool and the sauna and both were so enjoyable. The views from the top floors and the elevators are stunning. The staff went above and beyond to answer questions or give advice. Breakfast was delicious. Getting the car from the valet was quick. Nothing!

A spacious room on a high floor with amazing views. Modern and clean. Good location right next to the mall. Very good breakfast. Spa, pool, convenient parking. Courteous and efficient service. Pleasant atmosphere and high‑quality desserts at the lobby bar. The only downside is that it’s a quarter‑hour walk from the old town.

“Een heerlijke plek waar comfort en gastvrijheid samenkomen.”

We had an excellent stay at Swissôtel Sarajevo. The hotel has beautiful facilities and everything is well maintained. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the discretion and personal attention. The pool, sauna and Turkish steam bath were delightful. As a hijabi, I also felt comfortable there. A pleasant place where comfort and hospitality come together. We’ll gladly return!
