Hotel Prestige Castle - Nr KIMS Hospital, Kondapur

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as I found it to be extremely dirty. The condition of the hotel was unacceptable, and I strongly recommend that the management takes immediate action to rectify the situation.

“Excellent Stay”

I had a truly exceptional stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff from the moment I checked in until I left. The hotel's prime location was a major plus, with a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for me to explore the area.

“Dirty property”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The property maintenance was woefully inadequate, with dirty bed sheets, unhygienic toilets, and a dirty foot mat at the toilets. To make matters worse, the water supply was also irregular, and the overall atmosphere was more like a co-living space than a hotel room.

“Perfect stay💙”

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience, with one notable highlight being the exceptional breakfast spread that they offered. The quality and quantity of the food were both impressive, and it really set the tone for a great day. However, one minor drawback was the compact size of the washroom, which was a bit of a challenge to navigate. Despite this, the hotel's overall amenities and services more than made up for it.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience, with a spacious room that provided ample space to unwind and relax. Although the hotel's location could be a bit tricky to navigate, especially for those unfamiliar with the area, the staff's helpful guidance made it easier to get around. The room itself was well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities, making it feel like home away from home.
