Near the city center. However, the experience was very bad. The bed was used for three nights without being changed even though the room was cleaned. The room had no air conditioning or fridge, and the fridge under the building was also broken. The room was tiny, 12 m², with a bathroom of only 0.5 m², and the door was hard to open because of the narrow entrance. Each time we entered or left, we burned our hands on the hot water tap! The garbage under the bed wasn’t cleaned, leaving a lot of dust—extremely dirty! It’s over 700,000 VND for one night in Da Lat, where there are many better options. Staff didn’t smile or even open their mouths. It felt like they were just there to serve. 2/10!

The staff were so nice! We had a great room and it was a green environment. Hygiene was also really good.

The hotel sits in a very quiet, green spot, with several good restaurants nearby. My room had a bubble bath that was perfect, and I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. The staff—especially at reception—were friendly, helpful, and very kind.

There was no breakfast, which was a bit disappointing, though they did offer some free fruit. The room lacked a desk, which made it inconvenient when I needed to work during my business trip.
