I arrived ready to settle in, but the hotel was closed as I later confirmed with customer service, so there was nothing positive to note; likewise, there was nothing positive to mention about the experience since the hotel was shut when I got there.

First, the hotel was not very clean. Then we were treated like idiots; I had booked this room mainly because it had air‑conditioning, yet at no point was it mentioned that there would be none, and the website even states that the rooms are air‑conditioned. The manager, a real rotten character, spoke very poorly to customers and basically told us to leave if we were unhappy. When we arrived in the evening after a long drive, he said it was pointless to look for another hotel in a place we didn’t even know. We were basically trapped. The room had a fan that refused to turn on, claiming it was under an Eco‑label inspection that wasn’t even real, and even though it didn’t have the necessary authorisations, they still sold us the service and didn’t honour it. It was a hot, stifling room. Ladies and gentlemen, if you book with us because of the criteria you advertise, especially for health reasons, you deserve better.
