“Comfortabel en rustig”

The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was fantastic. The location was 10‑15 minutes by car from Puy du Fou. The included breakfast at Chateau de la Barbinière was delicious. The downside is that it is remote and on a high mountain, so a small car can be a bit of a consideration.

The view and bedding were good. The minibar was empty, no beverage dispenser, cleaning was lacking, the stairwell was dusty with cobwebs on the steps, the shower seal was yellow, the soap dispenser was dirty at the cap. Sound insulation was zero. We were woken by neighbors and the neighbor’s alarm.

“catastrophe et deception”

A shame for €183, a real fiasco. No AC, a stove in the room with a cheap fan that runs at a very low maximum speed for a room that’s too large, the TV is 10 km from the bed and tiny, subtitles are unreadable, no elevator, a room at €183 plus breakfast €24 is lamentable, paid parking €12.50, the shower glass doesn’t fit and water leaks, we walk through water when exiting the shower, very noisy buses all day because the window needs to be open, we arrived at 15:30 and wanted to rest, and the bingo, a washing machine noise or something… This hotel is strongly discouraged, although the front‑desk staff is very kind.

“À part l’insonorisation, tout le reste super !!!”

L’emplacement calme, proche Puy du Fou. Chambre spacieuse. WC séparés de la salle de bains. Grande douche. Petit déjeuner au château de la Barbinière top !. Insonorisation : nous entendions nos voisins (se déplacer, parler…) comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre
