Before arriving in Istanbul I rode a long motorcycle trip and stayed one night here. We had originally planned to stay closer to the city center with my wife, but the care I saw, the cleanliness of the rooms, the tasty food, and the confidence that I could leave my bike here made me so happy that when my wife arrived we changed our plans and came back here. The biggest credit goes to Mr. Yılmaz and Ms. İlayda. From my first night they were both extremely friendly, warm, and helpful. I especially appreciated how Mr. Yılmaz chatted with guests, asked about their day, and treated people like real guests. That sincerity made you feel like you’re in a home rather than a hotel. Because of their warm welcome and attention we returned with my wife and decided to spend the rest of our days in Istanbul here. I think that says it all. A hotel is defined not just by rooms or facilities, but by the people. Mr. Yılmaz and Ms. İlayda are truly a great asset to this hotel. Their warm communication with guests deserves recognition. Thank you both for everything. When we come back to Istanbul we’ll stay here with peace of mind.
