At first glance the location might not look great because it faces a busy road, but that’s a trick of the eye—the room is surprisingly well insulated from noise. As a light sleeper, I can guarantee you’ll sleep well here. The spot is premium: it’s right next to the train station and only a 4‑minute walk to the main shopping and dining area, making it a perfect base for exploring La Spezia and a convenient launchpad for day trips to Cinque Terre. On top of that, the host was super responsive and attentive. The place was spotless, and check‑in and check‑out were a breeze thanks to electronic locks and key‑card access. Highly recommended!

“Conforto e modernidade dentro da antiguidade”

Front of the train station to Cinque Terre. On arrival, I went down the stairs beside the red sculpture to reach the building’s street. The owner was very kind and promptly resolved a problem we had. I stayed in June, during peak season, and it was safe to walk on the street and visit local restaurants. The apartment is comfortable, tastefully renovated, and the shower box is a good size. We liked everything, but the doors require a phone to open.

The property manager was excellent and very responsive. The location was so close to the train that I only had to take an elevator down. It’s a great spot for all the restaurants and bars, and I felt very safe even late at night. No complaints.
