The front desk kept mixing up my room assignment, and when I finally got a key the room was missing basic stuff like towels and soap. There was no hot water, and the supposedly upgraded room had a minibar that wouldn't power on. On top of that, the staff didn't seem well‑trained and the neighborhood felt unsafe.

The location and the building were fine, but the breakfast service was terrible and the shower didn't work at all. To make matters worse, the bed linens weren't fully clean when I arrived.

Reception and maintenance were really helpful, and the hotel sits in a great spot, but the Wi‑Fi, TV and hallway lights kept cutting out and the advertised wellness centre was closed. These glitches seem tied to the interim management change, and while the staff tried to make up for it, the missing amenities were a let‑down.

The surrounding area is pretty rough, and my room had a window covered in pigeon nests that looked awful. On top of that, they tried to charge me more than what was in my reservation.
