The place is in a great spot and the staff were super friendly, especially the bartender who mixed amazing drinks. The pillows, however, were a bit too small and hard.

The hotel sits close to downtown and is easy to reach; the kitchen was a nice addition for drinks and snacks, and the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were roomy but could use a refresh—the dresser felt a bit dated and one drawer wouldn’t open all the way.

The room was clean and I slept well, but parking was tight with tiny lots. The front‑desk ladies weren’t very pleasant, and our room faced a busy road where traffic stopped at a red light and then accelerated loudly; the window didn’t block much noise.

The restaurant is a 10 best steak I've ever had. Dry aged 20oz bone in ribeye, great sides, great service. Rooms are nice and all the staff are kind. I dont have a legitimate complaint, only that parking is rough, but I think Jackson is fucked when it comes to parking
