The hot springs pool was great, but the absence of basic items such as towels, soap, and shampoo made it hard for tourists like us. The fee for a group of 8, like ours, shouldn't match that of a group of 10 or 12. Also, why must we pay for gas or for extended time in the jacuzzi? Rules should differ for small and large groups. I think I can find a better place next time.
