The staff were incredibly helpful, especially pintu sir and Goutam sir who went out of their way to assist me. The room was spotless, and the cleaning crew always made sure everything stayed tidy. Overall, the eminent suite offers excellent service, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Hyderabad. There were no complaints at all.

The staff were great. The location is bad, far from everything, and the nearest metro station is 5 km away.

“Won't recommend to anyone”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some glaring issues that overshadowed the one redeeming quality. The spacious room was a welcome respite, but unfortunately, it was not enough to make up for the numerous problems I encountered. The room was in a deplorable state, with a filthy teapot and an infestation of cockroaches that I had to deal with myself. The hotel's TV was woefully slow, and I was unable to stream even a single show due to the poor internet connection.

“Worst experience at Fab hotel Eminent Suites Banjara hills Hyderabad”

I had the misfortune of staying at FabHotel Eminent Suites in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, and it was an utterly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt uneasy and insecure due to the hotel's unprofessional and disturbing environment. The staff's behavior was appalling, with a complete lack of hospitality, respect, and professionalism. The rooms were in a deplorable state, with poor housekeeping and a general lack of cleanliness.
