Locatia draguta,mini plaja din partea hotelului insa nu este recomandata pentru familile cu copii.Singurul plus as putea spune mic dejun delicios si diversificat. Lipsa de flexibilitate la modificarea orei de check-in un minus ,ne-am conformat si am ajuns dupa ora stabilita pe rezervare desi am ajuns de la ora 10.30 in zona cazari ,undeva la 15.20 eram la locatie pe booking check-in era trecut de la 15.00, la sosire camera inca nu era gata, ne -au tinut afara mai bine de 30 min timp in care am luat masa la restaurantul hotelului,am intrat in final in camera platita in anticip,acolo mizerie pe jos se lipeau talpile, lipseau lenjerile de pe pat ,fetele de perna si prosoapele, personalul zicea ca au avut probleme cu livrarea acestora ,dupa app 2 h au sosit ,timp in care am stat in caldura imensa deoarece nici aerul conditionat nu functiona.dupa inca 1 h fetele de la receptie si curatenie au decis sa ne dea o alta camera fara view la mare si mult mai mica doar pt ca avea aer conditionat asunandu-si ca propretarul lipsea si inca nu a dat acordul.Teoretic o zi de vacanta pierduta deoarece am asteptat preluarea camerei pana app de ora 18 cu totul in ordine.Personalul incerca sa fie dragut dar asteptarea prea mare ,trebuia intervenit mai devreme mai ales ca aveam un baby infant

10/10 - Soggiorno perfetto! Siamo stati accolti alla reception da Giulia, una ragazza davvero gentilissima, professionale e attentissima alle esigenze del cliente. Fin dal primo momento ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti. Al ristorante (abbiamo scelto pensione completa) siamo stati serviti per due giorni dal Sig. Pino, un cameriere eccezionale che ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa con la sua cortesia, simpatia e disponibilità. La cucina è stata ottima. L'hotel ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con balcone vista mare, molto comoda, pulitissima e con un panorama bellissimo da togliere il fiato. Personale top, struttura curata e attenzione al dettaglio. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente! Abbiamo soggiornato 4 adulti in famiglia. L'hotel ha un servizio spiaggia su una baia molto suggestiva e veramente bella, avevamo i lettini riservati. Abbiamo inoltre prenotato 1 ora di idromassaggio Jacuzzi che è stata molto rilassante poichè l'area dove si trova è in un giardino riservato. La colazione davvero un bel buffet. Consigliamo di prenotare e pagare tutti i servizi completi per avere un relax totale e vivere una esperienza di quiet luxury sulla bellissima costa degli Dei. Noi siamo stati benissimo, grazie

After this experience, I absolutely DISCOURAGE staying here! The room was nothing like the one shown on Booking. I arrived into a very dark room right by the main entrance, so you hear every guest coming in or out. The shower cubicle was tiny, narrow, and uncomfortable; a heavier person would barely fit. I complained immediately, and was told no other rooms were available, so they would swap the next day. The owner was unpleasant and arrogant. Two days I had my luggage in the room, waiting for a swap. The exchange happened on the third day. The replacement offered did not meet hygiene standards at all: mold on the walls, dirty floor, cracks in the bathroom, and a room odor. I refused the room, and was told no other were available. The receptionist called somewhere, and then appeared. It was in better condition than the first, but still had mold on the walls, behind the bed, and on the ceiling. The bathroom fan made a huge noise when turned on, and after closing the windows there was a mold smell; outside insects and mosquitoes, windows had to be closed, no insect protection. Some insects were even in the bed. A rusty towel rack on the balcony ruined two shirts. The hotel’s location is disastrous without a car—half an hour from Capo Vatikano center, no shops nearby, all walking. To reach the center you usually go uphill, back downhill, often on unlit paths at night. So I don’t understand the great location rating or overall accommodation rating. Breakfast was mostly sweet pastries, cakes, some salty items like salami, sometimes unpleasant aromas, and scrambled eggs that tasted bitter. The coffee machine’s taste was poor, and many times bread wasn’t refilled, and one day the usual plates were soup bowls. Tables were often dirty and there was no place to sit. The staff was odd, except for one young waiter who was even pleasant. Otherwise a catastrophe. I travel a lot, but I’ve never experienced such low quality and unprofessionalism. NEVER AGAIN! I DISCOURAGE.

“Un angolo di paradiso”

A slice of paradise overlooking the sea with a private beach, beautiful and comfortable rooms, internal parking, excellent on‑site and sea restaurants, a very rich breakfast. Also a pool, loungers, sofas scattered in a well‑kept garden with a super charming view of the Aeolian Islands. Last but not least, the courtesy and kindness of the owners and staff. Highly recommended.
